Please note that on occassion withdrawals may take up to 24 hours to process if further checks are required. Although offices are open 24/7, withdrawals placed during the weekends or Bank Holidays are possible to be executed on the next working day.
We do not usually request any documents before processing a withdrawal, however in the case of withdrawals over 5,000 USD equivalent we may request a copy of your ID. We may also request a copy of your ID in the case of multiple account registrations.

If you don’t currently own any cryptos to fund your account with, you will need to open an account with a regulated and trusted exchange. We recommend crypto.com, you can sign up, buy cryptos with your debit/credit card, and then use these to fund your AltumBrokers account. Our 24/7 support team will help you if you have any questions.

Please allow up to two hours for us to receive confirmation of your deposit from the blockchain. If you still cannot see your funds after this time, please email our support team with the following information:

  • Amount and currency
  • The blockchain transaction ID (TxID)
Some currencies like Ripple (XRP), use destination tags in their e-wallet addresses. It is very important to include the destination tag when making a transaction to ensure it can be identified and not lost on the blockchain.
